Work Experience
Practical work placements with local employers and community organisations.

One-to-One Mentoring
Regular sessions with dedicated mentors to track progress and provide guidance.

Wellbeing Support
Mental health support and counselling services when needed.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Aged 16-19 years old
• Not currently in education, employment, or training
• Living in Telford and surrounding areas
• Committed to regular attendance

Programme Structure

Phase 1: Assessment

Initial assessment of skills, interests, and goals. Duration: 2 weeks

Phase 2: Development
Intensive skills development and qualification work. Duration: 12-16 weeks
Phase 3: Progression
Work experience and progression planning. Duration: 4-6 weeks
